Bombil balchao is a tastiest fish pickle locally known as Bombil, this fish is called and dried for months on end till they become hard. They are than cooked and pickled in choicest of spices, coconut vinegar and matured for one month. the taste is mouth watering sweet n sour. Compliments the rice menu or can just be eaten plain with bread as a snack.
