This masala is made from green fresh coriander leaves, mint leaves, tamarind, coconut vinegar, garlic, green chillies and a blend of spices. just apply to chicken pieces and marinate for 30 minutes. fry in oil or roast in a griller for a lovely chicken cafreal. No need to add anything, not even oil n salt. Recepie given on the back of the packet.
